This book is truly amazing!
Wow, What a title to a book. We all need this diet. Food is getting more and more expensive, let alone unhealthy. We have junk food, unlabeled cloned, Nano-tech in foods, radiated foods; like meats and vegetables to kill bugs and keep old food looking good, genetic modified foods plus fatty and sugary foods. We have bird flu, mad cow, chemicals and preservatives to sift through.
Introduction
About two years ago I went from 60% organic to 100% organic. But I found it more and more difficult to buy on my small budget. Where most people make an average individual salary of 30K to 60K per year I was just around 20K. So after months of planning and calculating I now can eat a 100% organic gourmet diet for an average of $8 a day. This $8 a day was figured in March 2008 in the North East area of the United States and cost may vary from area to area. Now she gives talks, book signings and appearances with or without cooking demos.
The Answer to World Hunger
The answer to world hunger is quite simple, do not make money and politics part of it. Let the small farmer come back and use natural ways and means to get 100% natural non-genetically altered foods into the hands of people. Have a fair distribution of all foods. Honor ones body as a temple and worthy only of supreme natural and organic foods. Since that is impossible the next best thing is to creatively and knowledgeable eat only organic foods in the most economical way possible. I wish to do my little part in stopping world hunger by educating people how vital organic is to our natural organically genetic bodies and how affordable it can be
